Senior Technical Program Manager, AWS Ground Station, Aerospace Solutions (AES)

Aerospace Solutions includes AWS Ground Station, which is a fully managed global Ground Station as a Service (GSaaS) that allows our customers easy and cost-effective satellite control, ingest and process Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred: - Experience in leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Experience with network, system, or software architecture - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
