お客様の経営戦略とテクノロジーの交差点に立ち、クラウドがもたらすビジネス価値を最大化する——そんな挑戦に興味はありませんか？ シニアカスタマーソリューションマネージャー（Sr. CSM）は、業界を代表する大手企業のお客様に対し、自身の技術的知見と経営戦略への深い理解を組み合わせ、お客様のビジネス価値の実現を推進する役割です。 お客様の経営層が掲げるビジョンや中期経営計画を起点に、クラウド活用によって実現すべきビジネス成果を定義し、その達成に向けた戦略を策定します。戦略の実行においては、お客様の組織変革やガバナンス構築も含めた包括的なアプローチで、社内外の多様なステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、 Basic qualifications: - 大手企業に対するコンサルティング、IT戦略策定、またはシステム構想・企画を課題分析から解決策の提案・実行までをリードした経験（合わせて5年以上） - 経営層または事業部門リーダーに対する提案・プレゼンテーションの経験 - AWS/クラウドサービスを用いたシステム設計、開発または運用の経験 - AIに関する技術的な理解 - 日本語（会話、読み書き）およびビジネス英語（読み書き）のスキル Preferred: - 特定業界（金融、製造、流通、通信等）における深い業界知識とビジネスプロセスの理解 - 組織変革、CCoE構築、またはチェンジマネジメントの経験 - プロジェクト管理の資格（PMP、スクラム等）またはコンサルティング関連の資格・経験 - 大規模移行プログラムまたはモダナイゼーションプロジェクトの推進経験 - データに基づいたビジネスケース作成やROI分析の経験 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
