Senior Account Executive, Public Sector Professional Services

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team for the Canadian Public Sector is seeking a senior and dynamic Professional Services Account Manager for Ontario. You will be responsible for supporting Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of technology sales experience - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Solid experience with procurement and tendering processes in the Canada Public Sector (provincial government, municipal government, and higher education institutions) Preferred: - Experience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies - Financial acumen and ability to analyze and report on KPIs - Technical expertise to understand and explain AWS services and solutions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
