The Amazon Business India Salesforce Team is looking for a smart, motivated, and hands-on Salesforce Developer & Administrator to own and operate our shared production Salesforce instance supporting 500+ Basic qualifications: - Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services - Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language - Experience working with Git or an equivalent distributed version control system - Experience in AWS services - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields - Must have managed a Salesforce instance of 500+ users - Proficiency in JavaScript - Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations or similar AI/LLM orchestration frameworks. - Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and data management within Salesforce ecosystems. Preferred: - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I / II. - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management experience. - Data migration and release management experience. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI Copilot (EAC), Agentforce, or similar AI-native Salesforce features.
