Amazon.in is looking for a seasoned insight professional to champion systematic process to build and leverage customer insights for its Marketing & Customer lifecycle team in Bangalore. This position will Basic qualifications: - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - 5+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience Preferred: - Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
