The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiter to join their team.As a Recruiter at AWS, you'll spearhead candidate generation initiatives in collaboration Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships - Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines - Experience in complex compensation build, offer negotiation and closing/objection handling Preferred: - Experience in utilizing data and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals - Experience hiring talent that meet a high security bar and/or comprehensive knowledge of the defense talent landscape - Experience working in a large team or fast-paced corporate environment, or experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
