This team measures the spectrum of Search experiences on Amazon and helps root cause and deep dive escalations from Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience - Experience in automation testing - Experience in manual testing - Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium - Experience with SQL Preferred: - Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality - Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
