About the Role In this role, you will develop and maintain business intelligence and reporting solutions that support business decision-making. You will work with stakeholders to address business challenges through data visualization, reporting, and analytics while supporting existing tools and helping drive reporting improvements. You will collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver practical, sustainable solutions and support ongoing business needs. What You’ll Do Design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions using QlikView and Qlik Sense to address business challenges. Build practical and sustainable solutions while supporting longer-term technology and enterprise solution strategies. Maintain and enhance existing in-house tools to ensure ongoing business continuity and performance. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve management information systems (MIS) and reporting capabilities. Translate business requirements into effective data visualization and reporting outputs. Communicate solution approaches, progress, and outcomes clearly while managing stakeholder expectations. Support business priorities by adapting to changing requirements and balancing multiple deliverables without compromising quality. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years of total work experience. Demonstrated experience developing solutions using QlikView and/or Qlik Sense. Experience working with SQL and advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel Macros and Access. Ability to develop reporting and data visualization solutions to support business objectives. Experience communicating with stakeholders and collaborating with internal and external customers. Knowledge of, or prior experience in, Health Insurance. Skills Soft Skills Clear and effective stakeholder communication. Ability to manage expectations across customers and team members.
