Program Manager I - Sales Enablement, Global Logistics Domestic First Mile

Amazon’s Global Logistics organization is looking for a Program Manager to build and manage the sales enablement tools used by our shipper engagement team. The team works with sellers and vendors to increase Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 2+ years of project/program management experience - 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience translating customer needs into business requirements - Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. - Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience using Microsoft Projects software - Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
