Program Manager, AWS Builder Loft Operations, AWS Developer Experience

AWS Developer Experience is looking for a Program Manager to own end-to-end operations, reporting, and the global expansion playbook for the AWS Builder Loft program. Builder Lofts are physical developer Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience building processes, project plans, schedules, playbooks - Track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, contracts, POs and invoices Preferred: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience preparing and delivering business reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations - Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to drive efficiency, automation, and scale in operational workflows - Familiarity with the developer community ecosystem and technical event programming Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
