Employer: Amazon Web Services, Inc.Position: Professional Services III - AMZ21359.6Location: New York, NYMultiple Positions Available:Collaborate with AWS field sales, presales, training and support team Basic qualifications: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Communications, or a related field. and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Communications, or a related field. and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) experience with Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++, or similar objectoriented programming language; (2) experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure; (3) experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other similar tools; (4) experience with microservices and/or distributed application architecture; and (5) hands-on technical experience with mainframe, non-x86 legacy systems and with technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 for z/OS, Assembler, PL/I, Java, REXX, flat/sequential files, GDGs, or VSAM. The base pay range for this position in New York City is USD $169000 - $228600 (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
