Process Engineer, North America Tech Deployment - PMO

North America Tech Deploy (NA TD) team is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing deployment Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Operations Research, or related fields - Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or operational excellence within a manufacturing, logistics, or technology deployment environment - Experience with value stream mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies - Proficiency in data analysis and metrics development to measure process performance - Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred: - Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Operations Research, or related fields - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification - Experience with change management and driving tool/process adoption across organizations - Familiarity with robotics, automation, or MHE technologies - PMP or equivalent project management certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
