At Amazon Ads, we're re-imagining the advertising landscape through advanced generative AI technologies and AI agents, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience working directly with engineering teams - Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related discipline - Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy Preferred: - 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries - Experience in user experience design, product strategy, or customer-facing product development. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
