Principal, Construction, NA Launch & Expansions (Last Mile), RSR Site Support

Amazon's Last Mile network is scaling rapidly, and we're growing our fulfillment footprint with hundreds of new sites nationwide. As Principal Construction Manager for AMZL/RSR, you'll serve as the senior-most Basic qualifications: - Experience in construction or project management - 10+ years of construction or project management, or 10+ years of relevant discipline work experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Experience leading change in multiple site environments and influenceing those that are not direct reports or within your organization - Experience representing your team or technical area to senior management - Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions Preferred: - Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency - Experience driving technological and process innovation - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Experience working with major MHE integrators - Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
