Power Shelf Support Engineer, In Rack Power

The AWS Rack Power team is driving rapid innovation in the power systems used by Amazon Web Services. Our designs are fundamentally changing the data center, providing operational and financial benefits Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities - Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities - Experience in commissioning - Experience developing and executing test procedures for mechanical or electrical systems/components based on design intent and approved equipment submittals - 3 Years of applicable experience. Preferred: - Professional Engineer License - Experience with building codes and regulations for your region - Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production - Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
