The role focuses on supporting, evolving, and automating core banking applications, integration platforms, and management information systems across development, test, production, and disaster‑recovery environments. You will apply DevOps principles, manage Azure resources, and ensure high availability and performance of critical banking services. 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server 2016 or later and IIS‑hosted applications. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and Azure Log Analytics. Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and release automation. Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and related data platforms. Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and integration layers. Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments. Familiarity with ITIL service management practices. Experience with APM tools such as ManageEngine Applications Manager, LogicMonitor, or PagerDuty. Exposure to Microsoft BizTalk, SharePoint, or Dynamics is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production‑focused, change‑driven setting.
