The Sr. Compliance Specialist is the primary resolution Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience - Ability to read and interpret CBP forms (CF-28, CF-29, CF-7512, CF-3499) and federal enforcement correspondence - Experience in Trade Compliance and/or Supply Chain industry, i.e. as customs agent/officer, compliance specialist, or customs operations - Ability to interpret 19 CFR, Executive Orders, and CSMS messages and their impact to US importers and customs brokers Preferred: - 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience - Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials - Experience with SQL and Excel - Customs broker license or recently passed the CBLE. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
