Operations Lead, éShop Content Services

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our London studio. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational rhythm of the studio — overseeing workflow, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production or operations environment - Experience directly managing a team of individual contributors - Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements, preferably using LEAN or Six Sigma methodology - Experience driving multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery across different teams and functions - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (SQL, Access, or equivalent) - Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience with capacity planning, volume forecasting, and resource allocation Preferred: - Previous experience working in a high-volume commercial studio environment in an operational capacity - Experience successfully leading teams through change and scaling operations - Proficiency using multiple platforms and software to measure productivity and operational metrics - Project management skills (formal certification a plus but not required) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action - Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across a diverse set of creative, technical, and business partners - Familiarity with studio production workflows — including scheduling, sample management, and post-production pipelines Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
