Associate Account Manager, Amazon Freight

We are looking to hire an Associate Account Manager as part of our EU Commercial Team. This person will be responsible for managing and growing the business of existing Amazon Freight shippers as well Basic qualifications: - Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above - Experience in sales/account management/ customer service. Preferred: - Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon. If you have all the basic qualifications above, we’d love to hear from you. - Proficiency in either German, French, Italian, Spanish or Chinese in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR) - Experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (sellers, customers, key accounts) - Experience in at least one of the following: transportation, logistics, operations, financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, consulting, negotiation, supply chain. telemarketing - Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor of Arts degree Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
