Consumer Communications Manager (12-month FTC), Belgium Communications

** This is a 12 month fixed-term contract **Amazon in Belgium is seeking a self-motivated and creative individual to support with Consumer communications. This role will be reporting to the Head of Communications Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field - Experience in professional communications or public relations - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Fluency in French and/or Flemish Preferred: - Is a Consumer PR expert - a demonstrated feel for what works for a brand and a strong contact book with Belgian lifestyle and consumer media. - Is strategic and creative - ensures that PR activity delivers against business objectives and articulates key messages while being fun and thinking big - Is tactically aware - knowledgeable about what’s going on in the media and on the site and able to marry the two at short notice for maximum PR benefit - Is proactive - enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen - Is organized - able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing essential admin work Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
