Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Biological) or a related field and three years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: 1) Managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects. 2) Implementing automated equipment or integrated systems. 3) Using CAD software including AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360. The pay range for this position in Rockford, IL is $84906 - $114900 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
