The Manager, People Programs & Workforce Transformation will lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle for GO-AI's associate workforce; spanning engagement, performance management, workforce mobility, instructional Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of team management experience - 6+ years of learning & development, talent management, or program management experience - Experience managing complex curriculum portfolios or learning solution lifecycles for large learner populations (1,000+) - Experience designing competency or certification frameworks at scale - Experience managing programs across multiple geographies and cultures Preferred: - Experience in AI/ML operations, data annotation, or expert workforce environments - Experience with workforce mobility, internal talent marketplace, or skills-based talent systems that feed automated workforce allocation decisions - Experience with high-volume associate hiring pipelines including assessment design and onboarding program ownership - Experience deploying AI-enabled learning tools (LLM-based training, adaptive learning platforms, AI-powered content generation) - Experience driving cultural engagement and retention programs Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
