**This is a 9 month Fixed Term role**In pursuit of being Earth's Best Employer, our global Human Resources teams, known as People eXperience and Technology (PXT), drive business success by fostering a Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information Preferred: - • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field. - • Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics. - • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.
