Head of APJ Marketing, Strategic Customer and Partner Marketing

As the SCPM Geo Leader for APJ, you will serve as the "Single Threaded Leader” (STL) for AWS marketing in your geography, informing and influencing the full marketing investment across digital, events, Basic qualifications: - 12+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience managing teams - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization - Track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business impact Preferred: - Experience leading across multiple locales - Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence - Experience in leadership roles, overseeing teams conducting data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration - Strong business acumen with ability to align marketing activities to business outcomes - Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with sales and business leadership - Excellent change management skills to navigate organizational transformation - Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving decision rights - Track record of influencing across organizational boundaries and leading without direct authority - History of successfully representing regional perspectives to global leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
