Full Lifecycle Recruiter, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

This role will support our Amazon University Talent Acquisition team on a full time basis as a full life cycle recruiter supporting recruitment of early career talent across Amazon in Australia and New Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Recruitment experience for 3 years or more, preferably in the area of Campus/Graduate hiring - The ability to execute campus recruiting plans, promotion in the marketplace, candidate management and interview process management. - Experience in driving programs end to end with an ability to identify and drive continuous improvement - The ability to influence and guide key internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and maintain strong relationships • Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve with little to no guidance - Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Preferred: - Working knowledge of social media recruiting tools and ability to stay up to date with current market trends - Analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
