EU Speed Initiative Manager , EU AMZL - Central Operations Speed team

As Basic qualifications: - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent - Master's degree or equivalent in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or experience with SQL - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings, or experience developing MOPs and SWMS for planned works Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field - Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes - Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
