Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores-Tech (WWGST) team is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead the end-to-end launch and scaling of our new kitchen initiative, a first-of-its-kind program that Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field - Experience managing budgets - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Experience in launching new products - Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL - Experience in operations, food service, retail, or supply chain environments Preferred: - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) - Experience in food production - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) - Experience with customer enrollment/subscription program design - Familiarity with food safety regulations (FDA, state health codes, HACCP) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
