Area Manager, Night Shift Operations

As an Area Manager, you’ll make Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience in people management - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership - Experience using data to influence business decisions - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above Preferred: - Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma - Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration - Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, or experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
