Enterprise Account Manager , Conglomorate

Our breadth of cloud services are used by hundreds of thousands Basic qualifications: - Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes - 5+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience - Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners - MBA, or experience with negotiation and relationship building skills with sales teams (ideally with content creators, agencies and brands) - Experience building and managing large and high performance teams - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in sales or business development in the software/technology industry - 11+ years of driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales, technical, marketing, segmentation, legal (contracts) experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support and experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers - Experience establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across organizations Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - Are enrolled in or have completed a full-time MBA program in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science or a related field - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or 3+ years of Amazon experience - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in senior level leadership support - Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership - Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
