Engagement Manager, Professional Services, AWSI, Healthcare and Life Sciences

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) - 5+ years of experience in technology transformation program management, with experience leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs ($5M+/year in professional services revenue) end-to-end, including governance, program delivery quality and velocity, and financial health - Experience in adopting and championing emerging delivery methodologies and tooling that accelerate team productivity, including experience adapting governance frameworks for new technology-driven delivery models Preferred: - cloud certification like AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect - Associate - Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs - MBA, or 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership - Experience building trusted relationships with senior customer executives (VP+) to influence strategic and operational decisions and managing escalation paths across complex stakeholder landscapes - Experience in software development and proficiency in AI-DLC or equivalent AI-accelerated development methodologies at the governance and program leadership level, including experience adapting estimation, milestone tracking, and quality assurance frameworks for AI-native delivery models Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
