Data Center Security Manager, US ADC DC Operations Security

The US ADC Data Center Security Manager serves as the site security leader at an accredited Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) data center campus. This role owns the execution of physical security, operational Basic qualifications: - Current, active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph - 5+ years of experience in a Security Specialist, Security Manager, or equivalent role requiring interpretation and implementation of physical security and operational security requirements in a government or cleared-facility environment - 5+ years of experience with physical security best practices including security system application, investigation techniques, contract guard management, and incident management - Experience with access control (e.g., Lenel), intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems - Knowledge of ICD, NISPOM, and NIST standards related to classified facility security and accreditation Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a security-related field - Experience with project ownership, timeline communication, and independent execution - ASIS CPP, PSP, PMP, or other related professional certifications - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication - Driven to provide internal and external customers with responsive, high-quality support Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
