Customer Lifecycle Manager, IN Marketing

IN Marketing, Amazon is looking for a self-motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to help develop and deliver to Customer Lifecycle objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Lifecycle Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders Preferred: - Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives - Master's degree or equivalent in econometrics, statistics, industrial engineering, operations research, optimization, data mining, analytics, or equivalent quantitative field - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in web security and experience with automation and any version control tools - Bachelor's degree in full-time industry or military work, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
