Creative Director, XCM Design Dept.

The XCM Design Department is looking for an experienced, hands-on Creative Director whose passion for design is matched by flawless execution and smart strategic thinking. The ideal candidate is a design Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process - Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred: - Deep understanding of typography, layout, grid, and design principles across digital and print. - Experience designing transformative interactive experiences: front-end UI, narrative storytelling, systems thinking, prototyping, and production-ready assets. - Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong art direction skills and background — experience concepting, directing, and executing photo and video shoots, and developing brand image systems from initial vision through final production assets. - Experience creating brand guidelines and developing O&O digital campaigns at global scale. - Understanding of motion design principles and how they integrate into brand systems. - Experience working with world-class brand-focused design agencies or consultancies. - Unwavering dedication to craft from first idea to final execution. - Familiarity with the evolving AI landscape as it applies to design — including awareness of generative image and video tools, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging best practices — with a thoughtful point of view on how these tools can raise the creative bar without compromising craft or brand integrity. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
