Corporate Counsel, AWS Legal

Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented attorney to support Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS is at the forefront of the cloud computing industry, providing IT infrastructure services such as Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of legal experience - License to practice law in the jurisdiction where the role sits, or in the US, UK or other common law jurisdiction - Experience advising on technology, regulatory, or public policy matters - Professional level fluency of English, written and spoken Preferred: - Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work - Experience advising on AI or emerging technology regulation, including gap analysis across multiple regulatory regimes - Experience engaging with regulators, government stakeholders, or industry associations - Experience working across multiple APJ jurisdictions Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
