Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience with PCBA manufacturing, assembly, or test processes; (2) experience working with PCBA manufacturing suppliers (ODMs/CMs) to improve incoming quality of electronic assemblies; and (3) experience with surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole assembly processes, and PCBA manufacturing and test methodologies.
