We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field - Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems - 5+ years of hardware design and validation experience with server, storage, or networking systems - Experience with ODM/OEM engagement including schematic review, layout review, and production quality oversight - Experience with storage subsystems (SSD/HDD interfaces, NVMe, SAS/SATA, PCIe) or high-speed serial interfaces - Experience troubleshooting hardware issues using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and JTAG debug tools Preferred: - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Experience with server motherboard architecture, power delivery, and signal integrity analysis - Experience leading NPI programs from EVT through mass production with ODM partners - Experience with storage server fleet operations, yield management, and manufacturing process optimization - Experience in Linux-based hardware debug and system-level integration testing - Familiarity with reliability engineering (HALT, HASS, accelerated life testing) for server-class hardware - Experience developing or improving hardware design standards and review processes Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
