Capacity Planning Manager, AMZL EU UTR Capacity Planning

Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business - Experience working in a program management capacity and/or leading large-scale complex projects - Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network Preferred: - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Master's degree or above in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), or experience developing experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, use of strong baselines, ability to accurately determine cause and effect relations - Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis - Experience working in a high-stress environment - Strong data manipulation background and ability to work with numbers on a daily basis; Experience with analysing big data sets - Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges.
