Amazon Advertising is one of the fastest-growing business units at Amazon, operating at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) enables advertisers to programmatically Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or programmatic media buying/selling - 5+ years of experience in revenue-generating roles with direct P&L ownership - Deep understanding of DSP/SSP ecosystems, programmatic buying (RTB, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed), ad exchanges, and ad-serving technologies - Proven experience in ad networks, publisher supply management, demand generation, and/or ad sales - Strong expertise in display and video ad formats, campaign management, metrics, and yield optimization - 4+ years of experience in business development, specifically in publisher acquisition or supply-side partnerships, and agency partnerships. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred - 5+ years of team management experience Preferred: - Past experience in product management and/or engineering roles within ad-tech companies or platforms - Experience building or scaling a DSP, SSP, ad exchange, or ad network from the ground up - Familiarity with Amazon Advertising products (Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Publisher Services) - Experience working in the India digital advertising market with knowledge of local publisher landscape, regulatory environment, and advertiser ecosystem - Experience delivering technology products and services in a high-growth environment - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure business impact - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
