AWS ProServe Sr. Manager, AWS ProServe AGS NAMER

The Senior Manager, Professional Services Cloud Architects (PCAM) leads a team of 8–10 ProServe Cloud Architects (PCAs) within North America. Reporting to the Senior PCAM NAMER Lead, this role combines Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience - 7+ years of technology sales, or 3+ years of management experience - 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting Services, or 5+ years of senior leadership experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape - Knowledge of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges - Experience with consulting practice leadership as manager of managers with team size 50+ and P&L responsibility - Experience with enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies and distributed architecture Preferred: - Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP) - Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services - Experience with international sales and delivery work with global F500 enterprise customers and partners - Experience with vertical industry sales and delivery work of contemporary services and solutions - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology - Experience building and maintaining C-level client relationships - Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
