Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in deal-making, business development, partnership management, or related roles within entertainment, media, content, or publishing industries - Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Preferred: - Good understanding of the German book industry and an overview about trends in the audiobook segment - Negotiation proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian - Strong communication skillset with the ability to effectively communicate complex deal terms in a convincing and simple manner - Accurate and detail oriented as a complimentary skill to complement your know-how on negotiation and licensing - Data analysis skills to drive business strategy in combination with solution orientation - Reliability, proactive and clearly structured approach in your work - Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment - Ability to communicate clearly, calm and business goal orientated, also in difficult negotiations and under narrow timelines Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
