Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work. This position is for a January 25, 2027 start. About the role: As a Systems & AI Interaction Designer (UI), you will help create intuitive, AI-enabled experiences that support learning and skill development within digital workflows. Working alongside experienced designers and cross-functional partners, you will shape user-centered solutions that guide, reinforce, and personalize support in the flow of work. This early career role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving digital experiences, and using data and feedback to understand how people interact with technology. You will contribute to the design, testing, and refinement of scalable interaction solutions that drive engagement and adoption. What you will be doing: Design and support the development of intuitive user interactions, prompts, and workflow experiences that help people learn and perform more effectively. Collaborate with designers, product teams, and business partners to translate user needs into clear and engaging digital experiences. Assist with research, testing, and iterative improvements by gathering feedback and analyzing user interaction data. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable interaction patterns and design components that support consistency across solutions. Help refine interaction timing, workflow guidance, and personalization features to improve usability and adoption. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, digital design, psychology, educational technology, or a related field Foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design concepts gained through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience. Experience using design, prototyping, or collaboration tools to create digital experiences and workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment. Interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and designing experiences that improve learning and performance.
