Supervisor - Operations

Location: Jingdong 2, Nam Đình Vũ, Hải Phòng RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively. Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs. Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions. Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions. Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures. Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency. Review non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators. Oversee operator/DC staff performance to ensure adherence to standards. Update work instructions and processes per customer or operational requirements. Achieve customer KPIs, departmental KPIs, and support business targets. REQUIREMENTS: Education: from college in related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (bonded WH is one plus). Experienced in working with warehouse operating systems such as WMS, TMS, etc. Location: prefer candidate who lives in Hai Phong or candidate willing to relocate to near the warehouses. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good English communication skills (written and verbal). Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate across all levels.
