Contexte NXP est un leader mondial dans le domaine des composants électroniques pour le marché automobile. Au sein de la division Power & Energy, l'équipe de Toulouse est responsable du développement complet de nouveaux produits, depuis la définition en passant par le prototype jusqu'à la mise en production. L'équipe Advanced Power Systems (APS) développe des circuits intelligents de gestion d’alimentation (PMIC), notamment avec des moyens de Laboratoire Validation. Nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire de fin d’étude sur une durée de 6 mois pour supporter la caractérisation manuelle et automatisée de ces circuits PMIC analogiques et mixed signal. Vos missions Le(a) stagiaire réalisera les missions suivantes : Développement de cartes pour la caractérisation avec Cadence Programmation de l’interface et de l'automatisation de tests avec Python Mesures paramétriques et fonctionnelles des circuits sur banc de mesure Application d'outils IA Coordination avec le responsable de développement et l’équipe projet Contribution au développement des méthodes et techniques de validation Votre profil Niveau d’études : Bac + 5, dernière année d’école d’ingénieur en Electronique Solides connaissances en électronique analogique et numérique, en outils de conception de carte électronique et en codage sous Python. Maitrise des techniques de mesures électriques. Sens du travail en équipe, méthodologie. Un bon niveau d’anglais est exigé. Context NXP Semiconductors is a semiconductor leader for the automotive market. Within the Power & Energy division, the Toulouse center is responsible for the entire development of new products, from definition to production, through prototyping. The Advanced Power Systems (APS) develops best-in-class functional safety Power Management ICs (PMIC) – the Validation Lab being instrumental in that success. We are looking for a 6 month intern who will support the validation of our analog mixed signal devices Your responsibilities The trainee will be responsible for the following tasks : Develop the hardware tools for Silicon validation, manual and automated. Program optimized software for manual and automated testing ( Python). Perform IC parametric and functional bench-level measurements. Apply AI tools to optimize throughput and result analysis. Coordinate with a cross-functional team. Drive improvements for Best-in-Class validation (accuracy, coverage, traceability, delivery, cost). Your profile Education level : Master Degree / last year of engineering school in Electronics Knowledge required in: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics. Proficient in analog, digital, power circuit fundamentals. Excellent technical skills with Lab bench testing. Programming skills in Python. Team player, Structured and analytical way of working.
