Staff / Senior Field Applications Engineer – ATE & Precision Signal Chain Location: Shanghai Key Responsibilities Drive design-in and design-win activities for ADI precision signal chain solutions across ATE, instrumentation, and industrial test applications. Provide technical support throughout the customer development cycle, including component selection, design review, circuit debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to customers. Develop deep understanding of semiconductor test equipment, precision instrumentation, and automated measurement system architectures. Work closely with Sales, Product Lines, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and accelerate customer success. Gather customer feedback and market insights for new product definition. Continuously expand technical expertise and share knowledge across the FAE organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Microelectronics, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a Master's degree. Strong background in precision analog and signal chain technologies, including ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, voltage references, multiplexers/switches. Experience in precision measurement, data acquisition, instrumentation, semiconductor test, or related applications. Familiarity with semiconductor ATE systems, SMU/PMU architectures, electronic test equipment, or automated measurement platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Willingness to travel within China.
