Managing Applications Consultant – Oracle Cloud Finance

Accountabilities:: Provide senior functional and SME-level expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, supporting complex business and application needs. Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions across Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective Oracle Cloud Finance solutions aligned with business processes and platform best practices. Investigate functional and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of complex problems. Understand and troubleshoot PaaS-based solutions and integrations supporting Oracle Cloud Finance, working closely with technical and integration teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate solution delivery, testing, issue resolution, deployment, and ongoing application support. Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide recommendations, communicate progress, and manage expectations. Support implementation, enhancement, optimization, and production-support activities across Oracle Cloud Finance environments. Contribute functional expertise to solution design, analysis, testing, deployment planning, and complex Oracle Cloud initiatives. Ensure delivered solutions effectively support business processes while following Oracle Cloud Finance functional best practices. Act as a trusted functional advisor on complex initiatives, helping bridge business, functional, technical, and integration requirements. Requirements 12–14 years of overall experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, Functional SME, or similar senior Oracle professional. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and strong knowledge of its functional configuration and business processes. Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and understand PaaS-based solutions and integrations. Strong experience translating business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud Finance solutions. Significant experience in the Staffing domain, with an understanding of how staffing-related business processes integrate with Oracle Cloud Finance. Experience supporting complex Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, optimization initiatives, and production environments. Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Cloud Finance and external or business applications. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and solution-design capabilities. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional, technical, integration, and business teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Experience serving as a Functional SME or Lead Consultant on Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance initiatives is highly valued. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
