Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and future-state requirements. Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices. Support testing activities including UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.
