What this job involves JLL is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate enterprise network services across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP. Azure is the primary focus, with responsibility for standardized connectivity and network architecture across our multi-cloud environment. You will combine deep Azure expertise, hands-on AWS and GCP skills, and infrastructure automation to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions. Working with global network, cloud platform, cybersecurity, architecture, application, and operations teams, you will improve service reliability and support JLL’s business requirements. What your day-to-day will look like : Design and operate regional and multi-region cloud networks, including landing zones, virtual networks, subnets, routing, DNS, private endpoints, and load balancing. Establish consistent patterns for application onboarding, availability, and disaster recovery. Engineer connectivity among Azure, AWS, GCP, enterprise data centers, branches, and partners using ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, Cloud Interconnect, VPNs, and software-defined networking services. Implement firewalls, segmentation, ingress and egress controls, secure routing, and zero-trust services. Integrate enterprise security platforms and support vulnerability remediation, audit requests, and compliance assessments with cybersecurity teams. Develop reusable Terraform modules and Git-based CI/CD workflows to automate provisioning, configuration validation, and compliance checks. Apply policy-as-code and configuration standards to prevent drift and reduce manual changes. Monitor network health and performance; troubleshoot routing, BGP, DNS, firewall, latency, packet-loss, and application-connectivity issues using cloud observability tools and packet captures. Lead major-incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Support change management, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and disaster-recovery testing. Participate in on-call coverage when required and identify opportunities to improve resilience, operational efficiency, security, and cost. Serve as the cloud networking subject-matter expert; lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and coordinate with vendors and managed-service providers. Maintain reference architectures, network diagrams, standards, and runbooks; transfer knowledge to support teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Seven or more years of enterprise network engineering experience, including at least three years of hands-on Azure networking and demonstrated AWS and GCP networking experience. Advanced Azure networking expertise, including Virtual WAN, Virtual Network Manager, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Route Server, Private Link, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, and Azure DNS. Advanced AWS networking expertise, including VPC, Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN, Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, PrivateLink, Elastic Load Balancing, Route 53, and Network Firewall. Strong GCP networking knowledge, including Shared VPC, Network Connectivity Center, Cloud Router, Cloud Interconnect, HA VPN, Private Service Connect, Cloud NAT, Cloud Load Balancing, and Cloud DNS. Strong TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, DNS, NAT, VPN, routing, segmentation, high-availability, and security fundamentals. Experience designing hybrid cloud connectivity and building infrastructure with Terraform and Git. Proven troubleshooting of complex enterprise network and application-connectivity issues, supported by cloud monitoring tools and flow logs. Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage priorities across global teams. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer. Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or comparable industry certification. Experience with Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW or VM-Series, SD-WAN, secure access service edge, zero-trust networking, and cloud security services. Familiarity with Python, Go, PowerShell, or another automation language, plus CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL processes, Agile delivery, and enterprise change management. Experience supporting a large global organization with complex regulatory, security, and availability requirements.
