Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Assurance policies, practices, and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality, Execution of daily Quality checklist to ensure all processes in place. Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate. Non-confirming material management process. Data compilation of process Quality and MIS Following QAPs and certifying processes. Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles Process improvement projects resulting in Quality product. Issue of Test certificates to customers as per requirement Executes Quality Assurance project plans and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving. Reviews and makes recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Quality targets. Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvements. Conducts collection and analysis of quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs. Reviews and analyzes quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
