当社の業務用空調機器アフターサービス事業において、お客様からのサービス依頼に対し、現場予定、物件情報、機器情報、対応エリアなどを確認し、適切なサービス担当者または認定店へ手配・連携するDispatch業務です。また、将来のDispatch業務リーダー候補となる人材の確保・育成を目指しています。 Job Description 当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービスにおいて、受付内容を確認し、現場対応に必要な情報を整理したうえで、サービス担当者または認定店への手配、連絡、進捗管理を行う業務です。 本ポジションでは、単に案件を振り分けるだけではなく、物件・機器・現場予定・対応エリアを総合的に確認し、迅速かつ確実な初動対応と業務の標準化・改善を推進していただきます。 【担当業務】 ・業務用空調機器のサービス依頼に対するDispatch業務。 ・現場予定、物件情報、機器情報および対応エリアの確認。 ・サービス担当者または認定店への手配・連絡・調整。 【具体的業務】 ・受付内容および対応条件の確認 ・cs-sevenの物件情報から住所、納入機種など必要情報を確認 ・現場予定および担当者の稼働状況の確認 ・サービス担当者または認定店への連絡、依頼、対応可否の確認 ・案件ステータスおよび対応進捗の管理 ・関係部門への情報共有、エスカレーション、引継ぎ ・Dispatch業務フローの標準化、課題抽出および改善 Minimum Requirements ＜経験・スキル＞ 【必須要件】 ・お客様および関係者の状況を整理し、正確かつ迅速に調整できること ・Excel：基本操作、関数レベル ・電話、メール、チャットを用いた業務連絡ができること 【歓迎要件】 ・サービス受付、配車、手配、コールセンターまたはDispatch業務の経験 ・空調機器の保守サービスまたは現場対応に関する知識 ・業務フローの標準化、進捗管理、業務改善の経験 ・認定店、協力会社またはベンダーとの調整経験 【他特記事項】 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力、調整力、判断力、リーダーシップ Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
