Job Description: 3M’s Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division provides industrial tape and adhesive solutions to customers across the automotive and transportation, appliance, metalworking, construction, and general industrial assembly markets. The Spec-in Sales Representative will work with customers from the design and development stages to identify technical requirements, recommend appropriate 3M solutions, and drive the specification of 3M products into customer designs and manufacturing processes Job description Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer projects in Busan and the Gyeongsang region.(부산, 경남지역 담당) Understand customer applications, technical requirements, and manufacturing processes, and recommend appropriate industrial tape and adhesive solutions. Build productive relationships with customer stakeholders in design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other relevant functions. Provide technical and commercial support to customer design centers, manufacturing sites, and Tier suppliers. Manage customer projects from opportunity identification and specification through commercialization. Use the company’s sales processes and CRM system to manage accounts, projects, and sales opportunities. Monitor customer and market developments to identify growth opportunities. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work in and support customers across Busan and the Gyeongsang region. Strong ownership, initiative, and commitment to achieving sales objectives. Experience with industrial tapes, adhesives, or related materials. Sales, technical, or product development experience with automotive OEMs or Tier suppliers. Experience in the appliance, construction, metalworking, heavy industry, or general industrial markets. Experience using a CRM system to manage accounts and sales opportunities. Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders.
